Here’s the good and the not-so-good
The friendly staff provided us with excellent local tips and a helpful bus guide. Our room had a microwave and fridge for added convenience.
The overall cleanliness didn't quite meet my expectations, and the location was too far from the bustling city center.

Had a decent stay at Auberge Michel Doyon. Comfy bed and a convenient bus stop right outside for easy access to Old Quebec. The shared bathroom was clean, but it could use some more hangers in the room. Good value for the price!

The location is a big plus, just a minute away from a bus stop that takes you straight into Old Quebec. The studio I stayed in had two comfortable double beds and a kitchenette, which was convenient for making snacks. The staff were friendly and very helpful, providing great local tips when I asked. I also appreciated the air conditioning. it worked well despite being a bit noisy. However, the building felt a bit worn down, with signs of needing a fresh coat of paint. The bathroom situation could be a hassle since it was shared with several other rooms. Finding enough parking was another issue. the lot was small and quickly filled up. I had to park on the street and hope a spot was available. Overall, it's a decent place for budget travelers who want easy access to the city, but it could use some updates.

A Cozy Retreat with Character!
We enjoyed our stay greatly! The location nearby to the Citadel allowed for easy exploration. Don't miss the delightful boulangerie around the corner for fresh pastries. Tip, walk to Old Town for a lovely atmosphere, especially in the early mornings!

The location was great, right by a bus stop that made it easy to hop on over to Old Quebec. We loved the friendly staff who gave us maps and info about nearby attractions. Plus, the laminate floors were a lifesaver for our little dog.
My wife says that the noise from the street was quite bothersome at night.

absolutely shocked, trays of spider webs near the dresser, really? I requested toilet paper and recived a tiny roll like I’m on a budget trip, not luxurious, and just when I thought I’d leave a nice review, they forgot a fan in my room and I almost melted. this was definitely NOT what I expected from a supposed ‘nice’ hotel.
